In order to access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites that we establish in our Help Center

You are in charge of any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services.

In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described via the service. Pricing details for products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 2-3 Days.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
